- A dedicated account management team, inclusive of the Field Sales Representative, to answer all of your problems, with a dedicated mobile telephone number/email for you to contact.
- All handsets (over 3 connections or mobile email) delivered personally by the Account Management team, and help in setting the handsets up.
- A review of your tariff every 3 months, or sooner if you require.
- A monthly newsletter transmitted via email to all our clients detailing the latest news and offers on your chosen network.
- A Direct channel between Customer, Sales & Customer Service
- Fast turn around on connections (usually within 48 hours to deliver handsets and SIM cards)
- Our dedicated IT team to assist in the connection of mobile data assets through your MS Outlook Exchange Server 2003.
